[FC] Intro

Hello,

I had let my membership expire, but Diane caught up with me in Lexington.
Thought I'd check this email list and see how active it is.

My FC is a '61 Rampside - purchased near St. Louis MO in March 1998 from Bob
Bauer.  Some of you may know him.  It has 25,000+ miles, a new paint job,
changed out the rear end, and a rebuilt engine since then.  It is a strong
runner with a 110 car engine - already in when I bought from Bob.  It will
soon receive a dual master brake system and a carpet for the front floor.
The rubber mat has a hole where the master cyl access is and I cannot seem
to find a replacement mat.

I searched for about two years before finding a Rampside that I felt would
be good enough to keep.  I looked at an awful lot of rust during that time,
driving all the way to Maryland and back one particular weekend - just to
see junk.

The first name is Jim, but most everyone refers to me as JR - and that is
the way I sign.
