[FC] ... body work and repaint time! the cheap way!

in our area it is the acronym for  Board Of Cooperative Educational Services. 
it serves high schools with shop classes  and adult ed services.  they do 
body work training and auto repair stuff  of all kinds with national 
certification testing.  they also do wood shop right up to building a house and selling 
it.  i think it is a new york state thing but many other states do similiar 
training. it is a central location used by area schools. the stuff that comes out 
of there is at your own risk but i have seen very nice work come out of there 
and it is cheap. there are 2 16 year old boys assigned to my lakewood at the 
moment and  they seem to be interested in learning more about vairs. i have 
gone in to talk to them and they are looking at websites about corvairs a lot.  
soo it may also be a way to get new young blood into vairs...     hope it works
