[FC] Belt Guide Installation on Early Engine

Sorry, I thought they came on '63s.  Pretty sure they're on a '64, tho, 
have you checked with a vendor?  If not, then I'd go with nuts welded 
on the back side of the earlier shroud (which I'm guessing is your 
plan).
