[FC] 140 dual/single exhaust for GB

i had a long discussion with major vendor about making available an easty to 
install dual exhaust system with crossover and better single system. he said 
he would look into it and let me know. i will have to check and see if it went 
any farther in design. it would have to have a slip joint to cover variations 
in space between heads due to head gaskets/ base gasket variations out there 
now and ease of  packing/shipping. i think it may be in the plans not sure.
