[FC] Wheels

I have looked through the archives on wheels and sizes, but have a quick unanswered question.  I have 2 14x6 wheels off a 70's Camaro or Nova (with the center caps)  that I know will work (planning on 205/75/14), but I also have 2 14x7 matching wheels.

1) Can I use the 14x7 wheels on the rear or are they too wide?
2) Can I only determine if they will work by finding out the offset?
3) If so, how do I measure offset and what is good?
4) What size tire?
