[FC] 64 FC inst cluster

my rampy will do about 85  checked with a G P S on level 690. i expexct it 
will be faster with the new heads but who cares? i run it about 70mph with 
traffic all the time.. just got back from vt tour doing thruway speeds most of the 
way with no problem. i prefer to "draft" a big truck when i can, it sure 
quiets down the wind noise! i try to keep it below 4000 rpm most of time.(spyder 
dash)   i run 205r70 tires.
