[FC] FC brake UPGRADES

I'm running 15x6 plain steel wheels from early '80s GM compact pickups and 
little Chevy baby  moon hubcaps.  It's possible that the extra half inch of 
clearance around the drum makes for better cooling...but I wouldn't bet 
money on it.
