[FC] Removing 64 FC inst cluster

Thanks to all for the replies - it helps to know how things started 
out.  Turns out Tim was correct, this is apparently a car dash with two 
screws installed from behind.  I haven't taken them out yet, but it 
doesn't look that tough.
