I will disagree.
It does take some effort to return the Carter YH to factory functional.
First one must disassemble and compare each internal part - to a Carter 
Factory Manual PUB CTR YH @ $ 9.95 reprint
Then install our  CTR YH 902-215A carb service kit @ $ 29.95 , a special 
 HP needle seat assembly  CTR YH @ $ 11.95 and an electronic choke 
conversion CTR 2113 @ $ 34.95. These combined with a ignition upgrade 
either # US HEI -I  $ 199.95 or -II $ 249.95  will do it. Product 
Bulletins are available on all of these. I have even offered a money 
back if not satisfied ...
