[FC] FC Spotlights

Hi Paul, the '64 accessories installation manual shows them as having the
mirror inset into the back, a fluted ridge on each side and a squared "hood"
over the top half of the light. The triangular escutcheon fits on the door
just ahead of the bottom front corner of the vent window.
