[FC] Greenbrier tierod end, idler arm, ball joints...

Hi all!

To pass safety inspection, I have been advised to replace the lower ball
joints, inner tie rod end, and (an) idler arm.

I will have my personal mechanic check it all out, but if these parts are
really needed, are there any new parts that cross reference with the
Greenbrier?

I think I saw somewhere that Chevy II and early C10 truck parts are the exact
fit?
