[FC] advice about harmonic balancer clearance

dont sweat it. i have done it so many times it has not been a problem for my 
excellent front end man yet.  it adds about an inch to total length between 
mounts when you put 64 mount on. i am more carefull what happens to 64 mounts i 
find now, they are starting to get harder to find.  do not use the washer 
method! maybe you could design a spacer that supports the whole area but im not 
saying thats any good either. happy new year!   regards tim colson
