[FC] Putting an Early Turbo Dash into a PG FC

A comment on the conversion - in an FC you're looking somewhat "down"
at the gauges. I've sat in a couple FCs with Spyder dashes and found
this quite noticeable. I think for added gauges I'm going to put
something in the ashtray area.
