[FC] ring and pinion gears

  I swapped out my 3:89 Bob for a 3:55...since I climb a few modest hills on
the way home, I was pretty sure I couldn't stand a 3:27...I think I was
right!

would like to change it to 3:55 or 3:27. Will this
