I'm in the process of parting out a 65 500. The body on the car is very solid it was sitting in a barn since 1973. Some surface rust, but no rot. It isn't a convertable but the rear panel and quarters should all be the same. The left rear quarter panel does have a dent in it, but no rot. You should come look at it and see what you think.

While you guys were off to Clark's I was on the Internet searching for body panels for my 66. It seems the body shop has really started to cut in the convertible deeper, and they are not too happy with what they see. Apparantly when my car was hit back in 1978 they body shop decided that wood was an acceptable method of repaing inner fenders.,,,,,,,,

I am in need of the lower rear section of the drivers side, or at the very least the drivers side rear panel (facing the back of the car) where the rear grille attaches. Mine is crushed very badly, Clarks' I beleive, has fiberglass but the body shop rolled their eyes at that.
