tire safety issue,is reading the date code.Another idea is that someone can
bring a dismounted tire along to a meeting, and high liteing the code number's,
and how to read them would help.The 13" tire's are almost obsolete,and those
still around at tire store's,may have exceeded there shelf life.Like going to a
