I work every Wednesday, so I won't be able to make it since I'll be leaving Beverly at around 7:30... unless y'all plan on partying the night away down there. When is the holiday party this year?KarlOn Nov 17, 2015 8:12 PM, <bomma at comcast.net> wrote:
Hello Folks, Tomorrow evening will certainly be an exciting BSCC Meeting. Hope you all plan on making it to Plainville. It would be great if you would check your pantry food stocks and put a small bag together to bring to our final meeting of the year to add to every one else's donations to 'The Living Bread Food Pantry'. This food along with a $200.00 cash donation will be given to Becky Simon from 'The Living Bread Food Pantry' to be shared with those less fortunate in our club's host town, as it's been our club's Holiday charitable recipient for several years now. In addition, we will also have a box set out for 'Corvairs for Kids'. If you would, please bring an unwrapped toy, (such as a doll, a game, a toy, etc), cost is up to you, to drop in the box. All toys collected will be delivered to a local 'Toys for Tots' drop off location. Giving from the heart is a way to feel the true spirit of the season. Thank you all in advance for your participation. As Jason mentioned in a previous e-mail, we will reward you all with free expanded refreshments. The club will throw a Pizza Party after a brief business meeting and Mary & Paul Botelho have graciously volunteered for a 2nd time this year to supply 'the goodies'. Thanks very much to Mary & Paul for your generosity! .
