My dad got a set of original tires when he bought the 66, I can get the details on them, but they are unmounted new stock spec tires....let me know if there is a demand for more than the set you offered and what the going price is..thanks!

I just got an e-mail from Chris Sullivan from Sullivan Tire who is still working at getting one of the tire manufacturers to produce a small run (5K) of tires for our cars. In his recent conversation with Bridgestone Tires, Chris says, "He also told me that there's 5 NOS P175/70R13 SE200 tires in Chicago that would work if we want them. Let me know and I’ll find out the price." So there you go. If any of you really need tires for your Corvair, I wouldn't hesitate as they're getting scarce.
