Before you do anything – what makes you think you lost a valve seat?  Noise? Skipping? Both?  Do a compression check .  If you have no compression – then it is definitely a dropped seat.  Best way to get your car running fast is to get a hold of  set of heads that have had a valve job done and are ready to go.
