Winter storage for antique cars, classic cars, muscle
cars, late model cars, hot rods, etc. Secure, dry, and fire sprinkler. Building
located in North Chelmsford. In on or after November 1, 2011 and out by May 6,
2012. $500.00 for the season.
 
Winter storage for motorcycles. Secure, dry, and fire
sprinkler. Building located in North Chelmsford. In on or after November 1,
2011 and out by May 6, 2012. $175.00 for the season.
 
Auto Storage
 
Storage for antique cars, classic cars, muscle cars, late
model cars, hot rods, stalled restorations, etc. Safe, secure, dry, and fire
sprinkler. Why leave your valuable vehicle outside where it might be vandalized
or stolen or store it in an old barn or garage where the car will sweat and
rust with the rapid temperature changes? Building located in North Chelmsford.
 
$200.00 for up to one month
$150.00 for the second month
$150.00 for the third month
or
$600.00 for six months
or
$900.00 for a full year
 
This is for dead storage only. No in and outs. Covers
highly recommended. We supply battery tenders for late model cars. Batteries
must be disconnected on older cars.
 
The building is a secure, former mill building with a
drive-in lower level.
Dry, safe, and broom clean. Fire sprinkler. Chain link
fence with barbed wire surrounds parking lot/entrance. Upper floors are used
24/7 by other tenants so the building is never without activity. Very limited
access to the storage area (landlord, one other long-term very trustworthy
tenant).
The walls are 24” thick. No heat, but slow drop and slow
rise in temperature so no sweating. Even after an extended period of very cold
temps it never gets below the low 50s.
