Yes, but doesn’t the water run downhill? I don’t think much was spared from
water damage in that area.  The water was practically touching the top of
the arches on the Bridge of Flowers.  If Clarks were to get washed away it
would be catastrophic!

No problem for the Clark's.If one has been there,there up on a hill,out of
