BSCC- upcoming autocross!!

The link didn't work for me.  Is it for the Jaguar Slalom event Oct. 24?   I
just got their announcement.  Perhaps this link will work to their website.
It doesn't say if you have to pre-register.  We didn't have to before but it
says this time SCCA is handling the registration.  ???
