BSCC- Tips for avoiding Foxboro traffic this afternoon?

We just realized--dang!--that the Patriots are playing at home this
afternoon at 2:00. We're coming from northwest of Boston and trying to
figure out the best way to avoid traffic jams going to Plainville. If we
took 24 south to 495 north to Rt. 1 south of Foxboro, would that be our best
vet?
