BSCC- resource for minor body work

A question to the membership at large - my baby, a 1963 Spyder convertible,  
is getting some "bubbling" around the wheel wells and a few very small rust  
spots from life. I am concerned, however, that this creepy crud will spread and 
 become a big problem, where now it is a small one.
 
Is there someone that is known to be familiar with our cars and does this  
type of body work and painting, preferably inside 128/95? I know that many of  
you do your own, but that is really not an option for me.
