The above link is to a vintage EELCO console for an early Corvair that is on
Ebay.  (the ad says Ellco but I can guarantee he is wrong) There is an
original 1960's ad for this console in the Corvair Wishbook.  I have never
seen one of these in person.  If I had an early Corvair I'd be all over
this, but alas it only fits the early models. Sure when the final bid is in
it won't be cheap - but ask yourself where you could find another one.

Of course, I could always bid/win the console and buy a car that it'll fit!
In which case I'll probably opt for a wagon since my wife will make me sleep
in it!
