Hello,

As I promised I am submitting my first monthly newsletter article. 
Please title it "Did You Know?".

Did you know that if you enter an intersection on a yellow traffic light
and it turns red before you clear that intersection, you are considered
to be running a red light and you can be ticketed for this offense.  Be
aware of this as cameras are now being used at certain intersections.
