Rumor has it that the Silvia clan is responsible for any usable part being stripped from the Corvairs at Arnold's. <wink wink>

Subject: BSCC- another junkyard note

On another note, Steve Silvia and I visited Arnold's in Tiverton RI last month. They have several Corvairs but all we got was a few knobs and some pictures. The Corvairs left there are stripped too clean or broken in half and not worth making the trip for.

It's unfortunate, but I have the pics if anybody is interested!

I saw this on the Cruisin' Bruce website...I guess more as a point of interest as the deadline is tomorrow in case anyone would have been interested in seeing if there was anything there:

Curboys is closing...FOR GOOD.
Most area junkyard-ers know Curboys for its great stock of older cars. Cars from the 1970s back into the 30s are
strewn across dozens of acres in a rural section in south-western Worcester county. After several generations of
serving the area's old-car fanatics..Curboys has announced they will close their doors for a final time THIS Saturday,
December 30th. Crushing has already begun..and after closure, everything (regardless of age) will be crushed. From
parts to entire cars are available until the yard closes Saturday at 1pm.

Take the Mass Pike west to I-84 west and get off onto Route 15/Mashpaug Rd. Turn left off the exit and stay on
Mashpaug road. Follow it to Curboy Road near the Sturbridge-Southbridge line.
More info is available by contacting Curboy's at 508-347-9650
