Good morning folks......
Please let me chime in with Tom, it certainly was a memorable day. I feel bad for those members who were unable to attend this beautiful Fall event that the Sedani's and Tom Fiske put together for the club. The brunch at the scenic Mills Wharf Restaraunt was delicious but I really enjoyed Tom's 'cruise' through Duxbury's beautiful waterfront neighborhoods to and over the 'Powder Point Bridge'. Our stroll over the sand dune to take in that beautiful ocean view was worth the drive in itself. As usual, it comes down to just a wonderful, fun group of people with a common interest enjoying one another's company. I hope you all had as much fun as Kathy and I did. I'm glad no one had any more problems, after the unplanned crossing of the Ho Chi Min Trail, than a bucket of soap and water would take care of.
I'm already looking forward to the next time we'll all get together like this and that will be at the club's Annual Holiday Party in January. Watch your newsletter for all the details. Ray

What a fantastic way to close the cruising season. Weather cooperated, food was great, and as always, lots of laughs. I particularly enjoyed watching how to break into a corvair in less than three minutes with some scavenged wire! I am still recovering (and rinsing) from Mr. Lou's wild ride thru the "beach moguls". Thanks Lou for showing us your latest find and your much appreciated rest stop facilities.
Thank you Elaine for arranging the brunch and for all those
whose attendance makes these events such a success.
See you all soon.
Tom
