Hello- Ray is correct. Your computer has the page in Cache. IE does this to allow faster loading of webpages you visit often. If you are still unable to get the latest page, do the following: Under Tools on your IE menu bar go down to Internet Options and click it, a window will open at the bottom of the window there should be a button that says "Clear History". Alternatively, you can make the browser go out to the website by holding down the Ctrl and Shift keys while hitting the refresh button at the top of your browser ( The one that looks like a page with two arrows chasing each other) (Kinda like a turbo emblem!)
Hope this helps
Dave

  Hi Carolyn,

Have you deleted all your temporary files and cookies that are stored from visits to sites? If not, right click on your internet connection ( I'm only positive about this for Internet Explorer), select Properties and click on Delete Cookies, then click on Delete Files. Reboot and try again.

If you have already done all this, physically unplug the computer from the wall socket (hopefully you're not wireless :-), wait a minute or two and plug it back in. See if that works. I have seen computers hold onto old sites even after a reboot until unplugged.

  Hope this helps!

  Kathy

Have them reboot the computer and try again. The page might be in memory still and just for some fluky reason, never cleared....Paula Wiseman

Does anybody have an idea why the Smiths can't see the new site? It's really NOT there anymore..I completely deleted it and she still sees the old site!!

I did have her change the settings that look for new versions of visited sites....with no luck!!

Jeez....it really is gone, it must be saved on her machine!!
